Counseling is a unique relationship between the client and therapist that is focused on healing and building skills.

Life presents challenges to all of us on a regular basis. That’s why I’m passionate about helping my clients understand their situation, gain skills and thrive in their current circumstance. Our culture often leads us to isolate and we struggle to connect with those around us. Counseling can be a place to figure out what’s hindering relationships.
