Thank you for taking the time out of your day to explore what I can provide for you. I value your courage to begin the process of healing hurts. In counseling I will offer insight to your struggles and we will also create an environment that will provide you an opportunity to process, to be heard, and to seek growth. Our counseling relationship will also offer you space to recognize how you interact with others. My goal is that you will be encouraged from our time together and feel empowered to integrate what you gain by making positive changes in your life.

I desire to meet my clients where they are at and help them to keep moving forward. In our time together, we will work to see what is hindering growth and how we can work together to help you to continue to thrive. My hope is to encourage you in your strengths, challenge you to see a new perspective and understand who you were made you to be.

My goals during counseling are to help you gain self-awareness, to provide insight on your current situation, and to assist in developing self-care skills. I believe that having a variety of tools will help you to handle future situations in a healthy way. Sessions are tailored to each client and what he or she brings to the session.
